Pressure Vessels
Pressure vessels are among the most dangerous pieces of equipment found in plants and refineries. With contents under tens to hundreds of pounds of pressure, there is no such thing as a “minor” leak. Ongoing inspection and maintenance are crucial safety measures.
Our staff is certified under API-510 for the inspection of pressure vessels. We understand the diverse needs of vessel operators and plant engineers who seek a safe and efficient workplace. Our pressure vessel inspection program provides assurance against mechanical failures due to corrosion, vibration, and damaged equipment.
Nondestructive examination of pressure vessels is performed by our SNT-TC-1A certified staff. Ultrasonic thickness testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MT), liquid penetrant testing (PT), and infrared thermography provide crucial data about pressure vessel conditions.
Partners in Safety Management
- We inspect your equipment holistically, looking at the pressure vessel under inspection and the environment in which it operates. Any observed unsafe conditions are reported so that they can be proactively addressed.
- We are deeply familiar with OSHA and PSM regulations.
- Our safety program has been reviewed by multiple third parties including ISNetworld, Avetta, and more.
- Steel, stainless steel, other metals, FRP, and PVC.
