Chemical Manufacturing
Chemical manufacturing requires precision and performance in an unusually harsh environment. We know because our owner and president used to be a plant manager for a major chemical company. In his career he has seen work done well, he has seen it done poorly, and he knows how to tell the difference.
Chemical tanks, piping, and pressure vessels are unique for their diversity. It takes a mix of steel, alloy, fiberglass, and plastic to safely contain the raw materials, blends, and finished products through every step of the process. No two plants are ever the same, and neither are their inspection requirements.
Our inspectors hold numerous certifications for tanks, piping, and pressure vessels. Our scope of expertise allows us to consider the whole plant, while providing key details about each of its components.
Our FRP inspection capabilities are unique in the inspection industry. Our SP8310 Inspectors are cross-trained in UltraAnalytix, allowing us to provide details on tanks which are highly detailed and data-driven. We can accurately predict remaining tank life in a variety of service conditions, often without needing to remove the tanks from service.
